4 years and counting

On Thursday the 28th we not only celebrated Addie's first-month birthday but also our fourth wedding anniversary. We both can't believe it's been that long since we exchanged vows on that snowy day at the Lochsa Lodge. We're still thinking about gathering friends and family to go back next year on our fifth anniversary. So save the date!

She is just the most precious thing in the world. Look at her beautiful eyes and we just love it when she makes that 'oh' with her mouth.

New friends

On Wednesday JD, Adeline and I went to Centering class at our doctor's office. (Our lovely is the one in lime green.) The other mothers and I attended pregnancy class togther and now parenting class. It's every couple months and should be fun. Adeline behaved very well and cried the least, probably because JD held her most of the time :)

So peaceful

Aunt Stephanie took this beautiful photograph of Adeline. She is four-days-old in the photo all wrapped up and sleeping. God has truly blessed us with an angel and we thank him everyday for her.
Today, Saturday she is 13-days-old. It's amazing how fast and slow time moves when you become a parent. It feels like yesterday I was still working and carrying her around inside me. Now she's here. She amazes JD and I each day with something new. Grandma Cathy mentioned her favorite is watching Adeline sleep.

Adeline Grace Kunkel

Here she is. Our beautiful baby girl. She arrived Monday, December 28, 2009, at 9:44 p.m. She was 7 lbs. 12 oz. and 19.5 inches.
Sorry it's taken so long to post a photo of her. I've been surprised at how much time she takes up! Feeding, sleeping, pooping, and just being plain adorable. We will post more photos as soon as Mom and Dad catch up on their sleep.
